“I graduated From Johnson and Wales University in Providence in 1989 with a B.S. degree in Hotel Restaurant management and an A.S. in Institutional Management. After College I moved to Italy to study International business and lived with family over there for a year working in their butcher shop and store. I returned to the US and worked on Block Island in hotels and restaurants, after a stint as a table games dealer at Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun I opened a deli and catering business in Stonington CT specializing in New England lobster bakes. I sold the business in 2004 and moved to Fort Kent taking a job with Aramark running the food services at UMFK, UMPI and NMCC. I left Aramark in 2021 to join Ignite PI and opened Rodney’s. I have catered numerous events in Aroostook County and am proud to call it home. I have experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry and am very excited about this venture. I am looking forward to this partnership and want to build on what I see as a potentially great opportunity for the members, the board, the community, and myself. I look forward to meeting and serving you all.”
